Sushi Chef Kevin Kim has over 13 years of experience and believes in a healthier way of eating, like Koreans do in Korea, so he uses purple rice for his sushi and rolls. Black rice is a natural growing rice that is more nutritious and lower in carbs than regular rice.
We mix white and black rice together to make healthy purple rice. Our must-try specialty dishes are the famous Chuncheon Dakgalbi, Bulgogi, Galbi, and many more. We focus on homemade side dishes and house-made kimchi, plus an Asian fusion lineup that brings together chef-driven touches.
